The basics

We advise clients in all aspects of intellectual property law and in all technical fields.

We represent our clients directly before the following Offices and Courts:

• Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, IGE.
• Swiss Federal Patent Court, BPatG. 
• European Patent Office, EPA.
• World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO.

We can also obtain property rights worldwide, by way of our network of communicating attorneys, from those competent authorities with which we are not directly accredited.

And what else we do

Competence in patent law and other legal matters are necessary prerequisites in any event. Of course, you can expect us to have a certain flair for technical matters, too.

But IP rights are not an end in themselves. We always strive to provide you with creative advice which takes into account the commercial implications:
