Olivia Kurtz is a patent attorney trainee at Hepp Wenger Ryffel. She assists clients in patent prosecution proceedings in Switzerland and abroad and conducts patentability and freedom-to-operate searches. She is also involved in European and international opposition, nullity and infringement proceedings.
Olivia Kurtz studied food science at ETH Zurich. She then held a leading role in research and development at an internationally active company in the food industry, where she drove the development of coffee capsules, among other things. In this role, she was in charge of IP issues on the industry side.
In July 2023, Olivia Kurtz started her training as a European Patent Attorney.
